Spoiler re: smaller item in crate The concierge referred to the item as a jade amulet so I googled that term + the name of the hybrid animal and found an image of an artifact that ours is based on. Location of image: I still think the "jade" could look more authentic, but I have to say, I like that I found a reason for the item to appear the way it does. With further Googling, I found other examples of that type of item + that type of material.

Ms. Hall, I also received the same message from The Curator (see, I'm not the only one whose emails are answered! ). Until I received the email I could not located the amulet. Once I read it (and, duh, how could you really miss it!), it would not slide out. I think the paint was not entirely cured before it was inserted in the slot. With a bit of shaking and wiggling it came out. We have never received an epilogue after the crate, so that's intriguing. However, I would consider the tabloid which came at the end of The Century Beast for Kickstarter supporters to function as the epilogue to that experience, bringing together many loose ends as it did.

Two things: first, the cord shown on their website looks identical to the cord from century beast amulet, so they probably just grabbed one for pictures, still a bit misleading. Either way you could always grab some lace leather, or leather cord for it. Second, would anyone be so kind as to post a picture of the crate and it's contents, under the spoiler tag of course.

Photos! The paint is more faint that I thought at first. Ok that paint job is way better than the website one, in my opinion. I'm definitely going to have to pick this experience up, even if just for the artifact. It looks lovely Edit: Also, thank you for the pictures Genii

I had a cord, that was wrapped around the burlap bag. I assumed that was supposed to act as a necklace.

professor, I had the same thing. But it was twine wrapped around the burlap bag, not the fancy knotted cord shown in the photo on the website.

True, it was just twine. Nothing fancy.
