Items From the second mailing: Hmmm... 1) The writing in the journal looks kind of terrible. World's worst attempt at trying to sound like a kid. Especially the part where s/he has to keep mentioning the fact that s/he is a kid. 2) What was on that thumb drive?

One was an audio recording of Terry practicing her flute, but then observing a nighttime encounter (as mentioned in her journal). The second file was a video showing the security footage of the storage shed when an item went missing - was cute, but cheesy.

Mailing 2 arrived in Washington DC today. Surprised at the amount of items in the envelope.

The Curator just informed me that the third mailing has shipped, and has provided a tracking number. I find it a little odd that the crated item is coming before the remaining letter.
On their website, they show the icons for three letters, followed by an icon for a crate, so I assumed that was the order of the deliverables. They do list the fourth mailing as an epilogue though, which is somewhat non-standard of all of their other experiences (barring Century Beast).

I think that earlier in this thread I was dissuaded of the notion that the third mailing was the crate. The "epilogue" is probably the crate. Guess we'll know shortly!

That was probably me dissuading you, but I was going by the icons. I haven't received tracking numbers for anything other than a crate before though.

I've received tracking numbers for all the mailings in this experience.

Long time lurker here, but I thought I'd chime in. Now that my tracking number has more information, it's showing $50 of insurance, which is what the crate for CB had when it was shipped to me. I've had tracking numbers for all of CB and UtCT, so I expect this to be the crate.

So how are people enjoying the story of this experience so far? What secrets are you anticipating being included in the final crate? I bought this for my wife, and she's been hoarding it away in her roll top desk, so I've only caught a few peeks.

My crate arrived yesterday - a surprise given that I'm in the UK and am usually a couple of weeks behind.

Ah, so it is the crate! Beckyp, are you pleased or disappointed with the contents of the crate?

I just received the crate in the mail today. I can't check out the contents yet, because it's for my wife, who has been very secretive about the mailings. When she got the first one, she suspected it might have been one of my "weird packages" and I played dumb. When she got the second mailing, she secreted it away and never mentioned it to me. I'm really curious what's in that crate.
