Does anyone know anything about this order? I found this name in the handbook and it was mentioned in the discription of a coin that comes with the membership kit. Any thought on this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Greetings Mr. Seth, I trust this day finds you well. I confess to a certain frisson around this time of year, which has nothing to do with the temperature, but everything to do with that feeling of the unknown that comes with season change. That it is cooler, and with such riotous colours only helps !
For references to the OSS, I urge you to consult the most excellent Beginners' Guide; a thoroughly researched internet document, to which you will find the link in this very Sitting Room.
They seem to be a most exclusive and storied group. I am assuming the reference you found in the handbook was in another language ? If so, you needn't look very far to make a connection.
If you are of the more....masochistic sort, you might look into purchasing the catch-up kits.

The Member's Handbook and Membership Kits tie in with the evolving story that is revealed in a piecemeal fashion in the Curios & Conundrums newsletter. I recommend that new members begin with the Catch-Up Kits before indulging in the other curiosities, to see if this is a flavor that appeals to them.

I would agree with Todd on this one, everything stems from the C&C issues! So to understand everything it is highly recommended one puzzles their way through the Catch up kits.

I would highly recommend you do not look at the beginner's guide if you want to get the full experience with the C&C issues.
Though, if you do not care for this, then by all means read through, I can only assume it will give you most of the answers you seek.

Thank you for your help. I found alittle bit of the answers I was looking for. I think I will look into acquiring the catch up kits too learn and discover even more.
