I too could use some assistance on the final answer. So far, I think I have: New World... dover?? Looks to me like you might have an alternate answer to something. I didn't have a v in my answer I had the same arrangement of letters. Figured out which letter I had wrong, changed it, found the answer. But #1, I don't really get the joke. I mean, I get it, but what does the Denver Int'l Airport have to do with anything? And #2, I can't find any other word to make out of the second one except for verbose Also, this is my first issue of C&C and my first post. LOOOOOVE this stuff (and this forum) so much!!

You're not alone. I've heard a number of people say that they don't understand the Mangled Words solution. It's just a pun built on a common conspiracy theory about the Denver Airport, that there is a bunker underneath it built by the NWO. For more information on Denver Airport conspiracy theories, this is a good resource: thechive.com/2012/03/08/something-is-rotten-in-the-denver-airport-25-photos/

I have an odd favor to ask. I solved the puzzle by doing a bunch of Googling and realizing what I could make from the letters. But I don't understand the joke. Is it even a joke? My only theory is that it's hoarder? I get ess in a roight noice Cockney axsent. Witch oi do luhv deer-lee. (Let's actually not type that out phonetically. It doesn't do it justice. ) But, alas, the "joke" has escaped me. Lawd above! It really makes me sad what such a brillian' joke may be lost fawerver just because I can't understand it. Shabba Ranks in advance fer generously 'elpin' a lost soul out, innit.

In that word, the H is almost silent anyway.
