Did you guys notice that the vault says something when you switch the lights? I'm able to make out one of the phrases but not the other. so far it just sounds like sounds for the sake of sounds. There are clean audio files in the source that a couple people have been manipulating to check, but it's not promising. That only means we haven't found anything, not that there's nothing there to find.

It's a switch after you have completed certain puzzles that takes you to a lighter, much nicer looking version of the vault, albeit with much longer clue answers (29 and 32 so far). Really? That's not what I see. The clue answers for the puzzles it's showing me are both 25 letters long.

I have all the symbols unlocked but one - I am still missing the word that goes with the map. Any clues? Personally, I would suggest that you only travel east and west. The north and south poles are frightfully unpleasant this time of year.
The word you are looking for follows the same spelling convention as all the previous ones...

I've been playing around with the symbols that appear when you Turn on the light ion the vault (from moon to sun) I thought the circle topped triangle looked a bit like alchemy, so I looked them up. it would be either sunfire or goldfire, neither of which is long enough I also looked up the "all seeing eye" and one interpretation is "I see everything" which is also not long enough. but stil playing around with them.

So far I only have the two. My copy of A New Era of Thought arrives monday, so I am wondering if having that portion of the vault figured out is a game changer?

That's all I have, and my copy arrives Monday as well. Wonder what that means, if you have to have other parts unlocked before you can progress? Hmmm... Intriguing!

A lot of the symbols on the map aren't in 3.1 so I think the remainder are going to be in 3.2 . Also I am of the belief the symbols Form phonetic words

Also I am of the belief the symbols Form phonetic words if you look at the symbols available to us in 3.2, there are many left on the map that still don't correlate. I think it's going to be a four-part puzzle that spans the volume.

I think it's going to be a four-part puzzle that spans the volume. There are 44 phonemes and we've only picked up 21 in the first two volumes (once we do all the padlocks). It's a safe bet that we won't get them all until Vol. 4. But I've already started with the symbols we got. I suspect a group of intrepid code breakers like us will be able to make some informed guesses.

So just putting what I have out there for others to compare to. I, like (I assume) others still have not solved the vault word for the V3 Issue 2 Word Search. But I have vault words for everything else (V3 Issue 1&2). This gives me phonetic sounds for each (for want of a better phrase) map symbol. On the day side of the vault I now show Three "Super" symbols: 1. an eye 2. a snowflake 3. a nose under the eye is the phonetic symbol for You Don't Say V3 Issue 2
Under the snowflake is the phonetic symbol the crossword V3 Issue 2
Under the nose are the phonetic symbols for Patently Ridiculous and Perplexle V3 Issue 1 I have not yet solved the words for any of the "Super" symbols in the day side of the vault

The symbol under the eye is the symbol for You Don't Say. Thanks for the correction Todd. I edited my post to include it. I seem to have that particular error stuck in my brain.
