I found it most helpful to solve this in three stages. First get the positions, then figure out where the package moves, THEN try to address the package. The rules don't come in until the end. And I did it five or six times at least. If you'd like specific step by step walkthrough help, we can handle that in the chat room easily. That's how I am approaching this one. Get the order of the agents, get the movement of the package, then figure out the address. My problem is I don't have a clue as to the starting address for the package before the agents start manipulating the letters. My only thought is The author of one of the few articles with a byline. The one with the .... Compass rose. there are two rules that help here. The first says the package originates in the northeast Once you know who's in the northeast you'll know which rule to apply to start the package off.

I must be completely lost, because I don't see any direction on what to do when Juliette sends the package to Echo (the Kingpin). What does Echo do with the package?

]Sorry if I'm dumb but where's the chat room? Never be afraid to ask a question. The wiki page provides these instructions: Hop onto the unofficial Chat Room for more in depth communal sleuthing. Next to the pull down menu that says CONNECT, click "Server". In the space that pops up, type, "irc.chat-solutions.org". Enter the nickname by which you'd like to be known below that, and #mpc in the box for channel. Click the Chat Room link for a handy web interface, or use an IRC client of your choice.

Hi there, I am stuck at the end. After the last Caesar shift I ended up with the letters BCNENWBXW But can't seem to make any sense of it. Are my letters incorrect? If not, any hints?
