Cyrus comes from Κυρος (Kyros), the Greek form of the Persian name Kūrush, which may mean "far sighted" or "young". The name is sometimes associated with Greek κυριος (kyrios) "lord" sound familiar?

For the first phase of this puzzle, I found that Google was my friend. And for the next, the letters *definitely* stay paired. It's like an anagram, but considerably harder because it can't be put into an online solver, but must be solved by hand. If you need a place to start, and have gotten far enough into the vault, the related small image there should give you a hint...

Can someone please give me a hint for the answer to 62D "with force"? Also can you please confirm two answers for me that I am unsure of. 11D) something that happens when nobody wins or loses 40D) A three letter river name made plural 62D-something happens to your car when it is hit "with force".
40D-rhymes with rhyme
11D-did you list the right clue? question not suggestion.
