on their website, click through to their Indigogo campaign. they're still offering them there as an InDemand product.

I believe we have all been very patient. I know I feel I have. But really, even I am starting to become annoyed by the lack of information and the "updates" that really tell me nothing much I want to know. If the next update doesn't say something about shipping I will scream.

This was in another thread... The genii reached out to them and received this reply on November 4th:
We are doing everything in our power to get the Kidnapped Crossworder shipped out in December before Christmas! We'll be posting an update about this and sending out address confirmation surveys via backerkit very soon. The other two cases are still in the sourcing phase, but we're making some extra "Prologue" content for them that all backers will receive while they wait.
Thank you for your continued support and interest!
The Armchair Detective Co.

I'm afraid I'm losing my patience. Sabuda may be "famous" but these people have no idea how to run a business. Their website is horrible. They collected nearly a quarter of a million dollars. And have provided only 11 very non-specific updates in 17 months and then only because their backers SCREAMED for them. I've never received a personal email from them. Ever.

I'm inclined to agree with deeply losing patience, though don't forget about the fire in their studios that likely set them back quite a lot. But they've been horrendous with updates and were disingenuous with how far along things were in the initial campaign (things looked fully developed and more or less ready to send out, and then a year and a half later we have no guarantee of anything shipping). If they miss their December estimate for The Kidnapped Crossworder and don't give us a clear update, I may ask for a refund.

Total trashy company. Took $292,686 from 1,023 supporters. Majority of the backers bought all 3 cases for $500. Supposedly all material was purchased for all cases. One of the owners got "sick" and now no'one gets what they paid for. In this entire planet there isn't another person who can put these cases together. Instead investors got a small substitute pop up art piece!!! Worth $10 at most. The backers understood the risks but are extremely insulted with the whole ordeal including the not so intricate art piece. They seem like absolute thieves. So now whenever anyone mentions Armchair Detective Co. or Shelby Arnold and now even Robert Sabuda they will be forever associated with a shady campaign run by charlatans. Good job guys you just tainted someone’s name forever…that will NEVER go away. That’s karma enough !!!! LOL
