So my second crate arrived! The components look great! I particular like this one aged set of papers. Spoiler contents Information: the daggers are plastic which was a little bit of a bummer but boy is the statue huge. Also ran into an issue where a USB wasn’t working on macbook and a windows computers so I’ve contacted the concierge for assistance.

Update - I finished the game! Overall I really enjoyed it. The ending is a little abrupt but it is the only thing that makes sense for the story so I'm happy with it. It took me around 7-9 hours with puzzling and taking the time to read all the material. There is a lot to go through which I appreciated. The one journal is wonderfully aged. Spoilers: The USB that I had issues with was indeed broken but they provided me with the files in it - these files only enhance the story with a bit of puzzling. There are quite a few stages to the overall game which I greatly enjoyed. The relationship between Logan and Lovecraft are not at the forefront of this crate and, instead, they focus on two separate ones that were quite interesting. There is a neat twist that added a cool "aha!."

The KIY coin was in this shipment too, by the way. Mine was under the peanuts so don't throw it away!

I know there's the few coded paragraphs included with Mihos' journal but being more a reader who enjoys the story experiences than a hardcore puzzler, I've been burned by a few complex MPC puzzles that take a lot of investment for like one word or sentence of reveal.

Spoiler below of all the reading material: the Mihos journal, Liam's journal, the USB contains logs from Liam and the researchers, Liam's mihOS accounts (website and app) have information to read as you solve, the final puzzle you'll get messages on the app

I haven't been able to do anything "digital" with this crate other than accessing the USB and the website information, but we just got an email about an app update that might give you a bit more (provided your phone is compatible).

Guess who got a new phone?! Okay I finally got to do all of the things with this experience and overall it was a lot of fun. I had the same overheating phone issue that others had and there were times when it took a while to get "an anchor" to set with the app but it got there eventually. After all of that, I have two things I want to confirm with others: 1) Is the "end" of the experience when you go through the door and see the horrors beyond? 2) I didn't find a use for: the daggers other than the mentions in the story. Was there a task I missed somehow? Feel free to DM me if it makes sense. Time to find a place for all the things!

I noticed the notations on the map suggest there could be a 7th sequence of room symbols, but I haven't found anything that suggests what that could be. I completed entering all 6 sequences into the app and opening the portal.
I also haven't found use for the daggers. Seems like there should be something to them, given the star patterns they create and the photos of constellations on Liam's Kauket account.
Decoded the telegram (found in one of the articles in Liam's Kauket account), but the last line is odd. It's readable when everything is coded, but gibberish when the rest is decoded. Is this something?
I didn't use the disk yet either, or try stacking the Pulpit or Preacher on it.
Never found a use for the watch or cufflink from box 1.

Opening the portal is not the end. You can close it. You need to figure out line #7.

Look at the pattern of the hieroglyphs that were used in opening the portal. line 1 had one input, line 2 had 2 inputs... so on and such forth. for line 7 Use the Stars are wrong paper, starting top left going down and input the corresponding Stars as if they were the hieroglyphs. Meaning top left star top left box. You have to use trial and error whether it is the mouth or eye. It does start with the mouth. Make sure to be "fast" as it does time out if you take to long. Once that is done. You will get some cool DM's and a pretty epic surprise. I haven't been able to get the Pundit to match up with the Pulpit... But I am still working on that... Just for fun.

Thanks. I'll take a look at that when I get home. With regards to figuring out mouth or eye for each part of the sequence, is it possible you could use the daggers to form each constellation. And the orientation of the daggers necessary to form the constellation could determine mouth or eye?
(Hoping this is the case, as it would give the daggers a useful purpose.)

WOW. Definitely would have missed out on a lot (especially as a long-time MPC enthusiast). Thanks billyluber! @natiax - I just did a guess and check, but your idea sounded great so I took a look and I think that WAS the intended plan! I was able to make all of what I needed and it provided confirmation of which starting point you needed. Phwew. I'm glad there are still people active on this forum.

Excellent! Thank you billyluber for the tip to figure out the 7th sequence! And the daggers do indeed help, so now they have a purpose. Very satisfying. Still wondering how the Pulpit can be used in any of this. As centaurofattn mentioned, you can use Luna, Stella, and the Preacher to figure out whether to scan the Mouth or Eye for each element in the sequence.
