Looking for a Mystery Experience (preferably one still for sale) that is mainly focused on realistic documents. Not a huge puzzle person, moreso into immersive story-telling.

What's your budget and taste? The Angell Box is easily the most incredible immersive storytelling experience I've enjoyed (and is puzzle-free), but it's both Lovecraft-focused and extremely expensive. There's also this Kickstarter, but it likely won't be fulfilled any time soon:

There's also this Kickstarter, but it likely won't be fulfilled any time soon: I wouldn't personally class Dracula as a mystery experience. Its a retelling of the book using physical letters and journals. If you're after a good narrative experience I recommend Root of All Evil by Crack a Nut Mysteries, or Sins of the Father by Puzzling Package Industries.

Crack a Nut Mysteries stuff is exactly what I was looking for. Definitely taking a look at that, thanks!

WOW. Crack a Nut Mysteries stuff is exactly what I was looking for. Definitely taking a look at that, thanks! Root of all Evil is almost completely narrative driven. There's a few cyphers but solving them isnt essential, they just add a bit more depth to the story. It comes in a wooden chest that is filled with artefacts, papers and other items. They have another experience called Double Major which is very puzzle heavy, so probably not what you're looking for. Their last experience is called S.O.U.P. which I havent tried. I can definitely recommend them though, tell Angela I sent you her way.
