When tracking water you usually track in 8 ounce glasses. On one dayAlice tracked 10 glasses of water. Eighty ounces of water in one day is a lot of water to drink.

So finally done with Kufic Squares...I hope never to see that code again! I keep looking at the journal. The page 5 chart. I think the it says Check H2O, Move to

? (I can't figure out that word) and then Say Nice Things. Any clue what that word is? I keep seeing USHJ which doesn't make any sense.
