I am trying to find the second layer of this but am confused. I also don't know how to use the spoiler option while writing text on my mobile so I can't express what I'm confused about lol

Nevermind, power of posting and realizing my own answer. Thanks anyways! Often, all we need is to put our thoughts into words. It's the hidden value of forums and chat rooms when it comes to problem solving.. Welcome. The easiest way to use the spoiler format on a phone is to type the tags in manually. Type "spoiler" surrounded by square brackets ("[]") to start the spoiler block, and "/spoiler" surrounded by square brackets to turn it off. Like this, but without all the extra spaces between the brackets and letters: [ s p o i l e r ] This is the spoiler text [ / s p o i l e r ].
