Spot the Differences

I have also found all five differences,

any assistance toward the missing two would be great.

I am trying to work backwards from a theory I have, but so far no such luck.



Never mind, my theory proved correct and I found my answer.  I will leave my post here though just in case it helps someone else

I have found all five differences, although one is so small I can't even make out what it's supposed to be. From reading the clues here and my own inferences from the language of the text accompanying the puzzle, I have a general idea of what I should be doing next, but am uncertain of the significance of the identity of each of the 5 differences. I can't help but think it does indeed matter....

I guess so; I did arrive at a final solution based on the parameter you noted in your reply.
