Interesting... I'm not sure exactly what to make of what happened in the room. There are some audio anomolies, and of course a buried conversation between two people who do not see the person right in front of them. But, following rabbit holes like I do, I did some googling on Room 313. I found some other rooms with that number with creepy goings on: https://www.reddit.com/r/nosleep/comments/1prhxr/room_313/ www.isabel-and-her-friends.com/en/horror/room-313.htmltwitter.com/Room313TheMovie

I'm hearing some EVP like sounds while Tell(?) is in the room. Like at about 14 minutes in. Right after she says "ok" and begins fiddling with the lock, a whispering voice says something like "hombre" or "ah Marie". Perhaps "ombree".

I'm still trying to come up with good theories on how the locksmith can walk right up to the room, only slightly confused if she was in the right place, while others can stare right at it and not see it.

Great job! It’s much clearer. Thanks.

It’s interesting that Tell was breaking into Alice’s room at 11:00 pm, but one of the RAs references lunch in the recording.

Great job! It’s much clearer. Thanks. To your ears, are you certain those two voices aren't Matt and Tell? The Boundless Library has such distinctive voices, it's odd to me that these don't sound more different from the two primary storytellers. But I have both hearing loss and tinnitus. It could be an auditory illusion.

I have the same hearing issues as you so it's hard for me to tell.
To my ears there are only 2 voices in BoringCrimes... maybe Covid-19 has hit The Boundless Library harder than thought and with the isolation only 2 people are participating in BoringCrimes? I appreciate their efforts.

I didn't have the same issue with the two people Matt talked to on the phone early in the episode. Perhaps because I didn't have to listen so intently.

I noticed something odd about the discussion between the RAs. The male made the comment “Not a hair in place.” Which is opposite to the usual phrase “Not a hair out of place.” The time of the discussion is approximately 12 hours before the break in. And the voices sound like Matt and Tell to me also. The occurrences are almost opposite of each other in time. Hmmm...

I guess there are three possibilities:
1. It's four different people who happen to sound similar. 2. It's two actors playing four roles, and is a Real World limitation and not part of the story. After all, who is going to crank the volume and listen that carefully? 3. It's actually Matt and Tell checking on the room in an alternate time/reality.
Of the three, 3 is the most interesting. I think I'll run with that until I'm persuaded otherwise.

Maybe this Alice also went through the looking glass, and into some sort of mirror dimension?
