I have the same issue as flightoffancy. I'm able to select my shirt size and update my address, but then nothing happens when clicking Confirm. I've tried this in multiple browsers. I assume this isn't quite ready since there hasn't been an email sent out yet about confirming one's shirt size and address, but who knows.
I had luck contacting them in the past by replying to one of the emails sent by Alice.

I tried to confirm my address and choose a T-shirt size but when I click the Confirm button nothing happens. Did this work for you, Todd? There was an occasional problem with submitting that form that we've just figured out. Reload the page and it should now be fine. Sorry about that! — A |

My understanding is that there remains an issue with the eponymous item in the Cardholder Kits.
I suspect we'll hear from Alice soon, about this and the imminent launch of A Feather in the Dust.
