We have the Husain Haddawy translation as well as the 16 volume Burton translation in our household library. I don't think anyone has touched the Burton in years. However, I just noticed that volume 4 of the Supplemental Nights is upside down. Perhaps I should take a look inside...

Any help reading the blurry part at the bottom of the sign on the door?
"FOR MORE INFORMATION ON POLICIES AND REGULATIONS REGARDING(?) DORMITORY(?) BUILDINGS, VISIT US ONLINE AT [REDACTED] ?? [REDACTED] OFFICE IS CURRENTLY NOT SCHEDULING(?) IN-PERSON APPOINTMENTS."

You have better eyes that I do.

Probably not safe to assume anything, but I was just looking at Toronto District 12 to see what libraries are nearby. But my lunch is over now and I need to get back to work. Maybe someone else would want to take up this line of investigation.. www.torontopolice.on.ca/d12/d12_neighbourhoods_full.jpgEdit: There are four: Weston Mount Dennis Evelyn Gregory Amesbury Park

There's a new podcast as well. It's linked on the twitter feed and can be heard at boringcrimes.com. It's a little FAQ/Addendum to episode 1, not a new episode.

There is a new post from Boring Crimes today on Instagram. I wonder if the line about the lost Grimm’s fairytale is significant? Admin edit to add link: http://instagr.am/p/CEKQuKOAQpq I wondered the same, though nothing comes up in Google when typing in that exact headline. Apparently, there was a lost Grimm fairy tale that was built into a meditation app called "Calm" in 2018. It was reconstructed and 'written' by AI.
