On a puzzle Facebook group I belong to, one of the members reached out to the MPC about this revision and was told that there is not enough different in the revised experience to justify purchasing it a second time if you already own it. I at least appreciate their honesty!

There are pictures up on the site now and the new artifact is not as cool/nice in my opinion. I am interested in what the ring might look like (I don't think that was in the original? Right?)

I think the ring is in the picture; it's got a small rolled up document stuck through it.

My husband and I got the new Tempus Fugit as a gift, and it seems they’ve added a bit of a puzzle to it. Now the artifact has a math problem on the back of the triptych. (Unless that was always there and I just didn’t know it). Has anyone had much luck solving it? Cant figure out how to solve for g. Would love some assistance.

Well, that particular thing. It used to just be a short phrase. I'd be interested in a picture to help out if you're willing to DM or post under spoilers here.

Better late than never, I suppose. ;-) I bought Tempus Fugit for my wife recently and we received the crate a couple of days ago. It appears that there are two puzzles to solve: The ring is a silver ring with zodiac symbols engraved on it.
Rolled up inside the ring is a piece of "thermal paper" with story material on one side and a hand-written note from Amy on the other that, among other things, lists part of an email address to send a query to. Part of the email address is withheld (ostensibly Amy's way of insuring that only her intended recipient is able to write to it) and must be computed by solving the puzzle on the back of the tryptich.
The email you send is supposed to also include some information related to the symbols on the ring. I don't know what, exactly, though I imagine it has something to do with identifying constellations on the sky map, in addition to "counting our lucky stars". My high school/college math skills are way behind me now, so I'm having some issues solving the math puzzle, heh. since someone already posted the photo of it, if any math whizzes are in the audience, I'd be grateful for a pointer or two.

I worked with a more math savvy friend but we discovered the math isn’t too difficult as the variables for a b and c are present…you just need to find them elsewhere in the artifact. Also the equal sizes of the triangle are misleading - the sides will not be equal. If you need anymore specific let me know!

Thanks, that was enough to help me realize what I was missing.

Thanks, that was enough to help me realize what I was missing. I am struggling with the equation. I have too many variables. Any hints where to solve for some of these?
