This was a response I did receive on the 4th of August via facebook messenger. I haven't decided what to do since it's two weeks later and still nothing about whatever is coming soon that's been coming soon for quite awhile. Aug 4, 2020, 12:05 PM Hello! At this time, we do not have an estimate as to when manufacturing will come back. As a company in Canada, doing a lot of the manufacturing in the US, the border closure makes it very difficult to do what needs doing, and it could be the end of the year before we can get back on schedule. We have something coming very soon (very, very soon), but the kits and experiences are on hold at least until travel improves. I hope this helps clarify things, and I'm so sorry for everything being delayed. Well, there is a piece of information I would have liked to have weeks ago. I assumed (I know, I know) that they were using a Canadian manufacturer(s). But I am aware that the border is currently difficult to get through. I’ll tell myself that email and snail mail are figments of my imagination. P.S. I hate the phrase “very soon”. It never seems to mean what I think it should mean. |

@kas814, I didn’t mean to imply you should have shared that info earlier. I meant it would have been nice if someone with the company had shared that info earlier. Sorry if seemed to stomp all over you.  |
