Has anyone else dug into "The Aldebaran Group"?

Has anyone else dug into "The Aldebaran Group"? Yes, but I got nervous when it was a seemingly real IT support team in Washington. Do you think this has to do with the star? That's about where I was landing.

It definitely appears to be an authentic business, and they would probably not be amused by hundreds of people contacting their office about this.

If you're asking about what Aldebaran has to do with Hastur, I would recommend reading the source material, specifically the first four stories in the collection The King in Yellow by Robert Chambers. I believe it's The Repairer of Reputations that most discusses Aldebaran, but all four are important to read.

That's about where I was landing. If "The Aldebaran Group" is part of the experience, it's a damn good one as I filled out a help ticket with them asking for further information on why TicketTreasure.com was down. They even had a representative call me back and I quickly learned that it is a real company. I feel bad bothering them but I just had to find out.

SRDA EMAILS DROPPED!

Just getting started at this. (It's been a busy couple of weeks.) I'm having some problems with the Ticket Treasure website and I'm not sure whether it's part of the game or actual problems with the website. Is it supposed to be possible to submit the complaint form? When I click the "Submit" button, absolutely nothing happens.
Also, I don't seem to have gotten the second email yet. Maybe you only get it if you've successfully submitted the complaint form?
[EDIT] Never mind -- I figured it out. The complaint form uses a third-party site called hubspot. My ad blocker doesn't like hubspot. Temporarily disabling the ad blocker made the form submit successfully, and also added a captcha to it.

Wow, that form from the second email was great. No spoilers of course, but I'm continuing to be very encouraged by this Experience.

When I submitted my complaint it sent me to the Phantom of Truth site , but this is the first I've heard of an email.

I've tried a couple of times. I disabled the content blocker as recommended below. Also, the captcha doesn't seem to be live -- I wonder if that's the problem. In any case I'm at a loss. I'm glad someone mentioned the email or I wouldn't know I was missing out on anything.

I might have been facetious in some of my responses the third time around... I might have thrown in things like "My ticket was delivered after the date of the performance. Being penitent, I will now begin my penance" or "I am perhaps of the human race but often believe myself to be of a superior origin." The jury is still out on whether this will have an impact or not... And my poor eyes are recovering from Lasik. They were not happy at a particular page.

Captcha wasn't working for me either.

If you got the email from SRDA, that's what we're referring to as the second email; the subject line should say something along the lines of "Action required: MPC" and then have a big string of numbers afterwards. Also, the captcha, well, let's just say there's a reason it's not working...
