They have taken my renewal payment now. I suspect others will be seeing this transaction soon.
If you have it set up on a debit card, make sure you have funds in your account.

Subscriptions have now closed for Clockwork Mutineers. However, historically they have re-opened orders to carry through to the day of shipping. Will we see that trend continue?

little bit of an error on the MPC site at the moment. The C&C page still shows Clockwork Mutineers...and says that it is available for pre-order through December 15, and is expect to ship October 27.

New issue name seems to have been revealed: Countdown to Oblivion! The final issue of Curios & Conundrums? Naah... I'm just reading too much into the title.

Obviously the MPC felt that Curios and Conundrums was not living up to its sales potential, which is why they've rejiggered the whole thing for volume 4 instead of just discontinuing it. However, if volume 4 is not living up to its sales potential (it's more expensive to produce, thus they have to make even more profit than before), it would seem likely it will either go through another iteration for volume 5 or be discontinued.
Since the MPC is a profit-making enterprise, they are going to focus on what makes them the most money. If it's experiences, then we can see what the future holds. This business of releasing three experiences at once leads me to believe they're in a cash crunch and need to raise a lot of money quickly. I don't think it was a good idea: surely if they had released one experience every three months then more people would have purchased them (that is, been able to purchase them) over time.

I'm confused. "Clockwork Mutineers" was marketed with a theme of "time travel". Now on the MPC site "Countdown to Oblivion" is described as "navigate the thrilling twists... of time travel." Is this really issue number 4? Or has Clockwork Mutineers been renamed? Tthere's now no mention of it on the site)....
