When hunting for stories about hedgehogs, the only one I found was a story about Sonic. He was tricked into stealing the chaos emeralds. Am I on the right track?

I am very lost on where to go with the Daytime Puzzle for Word Search/Map Puzzle. I have figured out the: vault lock answer even though I'm not sure exactly how I got it. I now have all the words that came with the lock but don't know what to do next. I tried using a Caesar Shift of 6 but it came out non-sensical with BILBO turning into VCFVI but this doesn't exist on the Word Search. Any pushes in the right direction would be very helpful. Is there any Posts where all the daytime puzzles are together to make all these easier to search for? Thank you!

Keep in mind that shifts can happen in two directions.

Keep in mind that shifts can happen in two directions. Thanks for that hint! I have -edited to remove key - It seems like most of it is there, but I must have something off with the "auu". Also too many letters for the answer

The sentence you get from the wordsearch redux isn't the answer, it is the answer.

Also too many letters for the answer I'm not sure exactly what you're doing wrong, but you're on the right track. You have too many letters, as you know. Check your work.

The sentence you get from the wordsearch redux isn't the answer, it is the answer. I believe you're confusing the leaf lock with the key lock.

Yay! Just took out the letters that didn't make sense and got it. Now to figure out what "IT" is. Thank you!

Okay, so I am just now getting to this one (apparently in what is called the daytime vault, which is very cool) What I have so far is a few clues or coincidences, but I know I am not applying the vault word list correctly. In word search there are 25 letters left around the rim of the puzzle (unused). However, a caesar shift doesn't do anything for them. In the Map The clue of ceasar and 6 suggests a shift and shift of 6 decoding will make the H and N, which could be right. Also, a Shift of 6 encoding, will make the T into an N which could be right based on some people's theories about the compass. However a shift of 6 does nothing for the first, or second (based on ALA and AHA), or last letters of the day vault words. It is possible its a shift and then an anagram. With that many words, though. It'll be tough to solve, assuming the shift is correct. Still, very interesting trying to tie together three puzzles.

Hi All, I think I'm being a little daft here. I have shifted the puzzle and I have the list of words that includes our hobbit friends. But there is mention of a second list? Can someone point me in the correct direction to find this second list?
